Art Hsieh has worked in EMS since 1982, with experience as a field paramedic, supervisor, and chief officer in private, third-service, and fire-based systems. His career includes leadership of emergency care programs and direct patient care.

He has served as president of the National Association of EMS Educators, the San Francisco Paramedic Association, and the California Rescue and Paramedic Association. Art brings this broad operational perspective to the Foundation’s EMS and public health partnerships.
